Osaka calls itself the nation's kitchen, and this day treats that literally. We start at Kuromon Ichiba while the fish is being cut, eat standing up, then walk it off around the castle.
Your guide orders at each stall and explains what is in front of you. Vegetarian and halal routes through the market exist and we plan them before the day.
