Cancellation policy

Plans change. We keep this simple, and we would rather move your date than keep your money.

Cancelling a confirmed tour

• More than 7 days before the tour date: cancel at no charge.
• 3 to 7 days before: 30 percent of the tour price.
• 48 hours to 3 days before: 50 percent of the tour price.
• Less than 48 hours before, or no show at the pickup point: 100 percent of the tour price.

Moving your date

A tour can be moved once at no charge if you tell us at least 48 hours in advance and the new date is available. Later changes are treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

Weather and road closures

Tours run in rain. If a typhoon warning, heavy snow closure or earthquake makes the route unsafe, we will offer an alternative itinerary, a new date, or a full refund. Cloud over Mount Fuji is not grounds for cancellation, and the guide will reshape the day around the lakes and lower viewpoints.

If we cancel

If we cannot run your tour for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund or a date of your choosing, whichever you prefer.
