What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, travel dates, group size, pickup area and anything you write in the message, including dietary or accessibility needs you choose to share. If you contact us on WhatsApp we hold that conversation and your phone number.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, plan and run your tour, and book restaurants and entries on your behalf. Dietary and accessibility details are shared only with the guide assigned to your day and, where necessary, the restaurant.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the guide, driver and venues involved in your tour, and with our email provider, which processes the enquiry form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as required by Japanese tax and business law.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Write to info@travelsluxuriousjp.com and we will respond within thirty days.
